Nepal is the country where each and every part of the country speaks a though little about adventure when you walk, when you travel and in fact it's whole lot of adventures in the country. In the same respect, here we're to introduce about the Expedition and it's outline in Nepal and the programs that we provide you for your enjoyment depending upon the level of interest here on.
Expedition is simply defined as touching the Himalayas and experiencing the atmosphere there in. Here in Nepal, a lot of history has been made each year leaving their footprints and gathering ultimate satisfaction and experience. Following programs are designed for those who are really interested to touch and feel the atmosphere of the Himalayan range.
Peak Climbing is another prime attraction of Nepal. The Mountains of Nepal have stood are irresistible landmarks for the world's adventurers since Nepal opened its doors to visitors in the 1950s. Mountaineering can range from climbing the highest peak of the world to climbing lower peaks. Although by Himalayan standards 33 "Trekking Peaks" are considered minor peaks, they nonetheless provide snow and ice-climbing, and are technically quite challenging. Mountaineering teams can apply for permit at mountaineering section of the Ministry of the Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation or directly contact to your local trekking agents. |

Ama Dablam (6,812 m.) Expedition
Ama Dablam (6,812m) means "Mother and her Necklace" is best seen from Tengboche. It extends to the left to include a west ridge with a peak of 6135m elevations, which resembles Ama Dablam greatly. That Ama Dablam, which does not even attain 7000m in elevation, is famous probably due to its strange, distinctive shape as well as its visibility from any point along Imja Khola. Read More |
International Cho Oyu 8201 m. Expedition (TIBET)
The sixth highest peak in the world, Cho Oyu, which means “The Turquoise Goddess” is the sixth highest mountain in the world, located a short distance to the west from the world's highest mountain, the Everest and the fourth highest, the Lhotse in the Khumbu region of Eastern Nepal along the Tibetan border. Mount DHAULAGIRI (8,167M./ 26794ft.) EXPEDITION
Dhaulagiri is the seventh highest mountain in the world and is located in the Annapurna mountain range of the Himalaya of north central Nepal. Dhaulagiri means "White Mountain".In 1960, the Swiss/Austrian expedition who first reached the summit did so despite their airplane having crashed during the approach. This was the first Himalayan climb supported by an airplane, although the plane was subsequently abandoned on the mountain.

Everest South Col 8850 m. Expedition (NEPAL)
Mount Everest is the highest point on Earth, 8,850m high. Named after Sir George Everest, the British surveyor-general of India, Everest is known in Tibet as Chomolungma and the Nepalese call it Sagarmatha. Mount Everest is located in Nepal-Tibet border. First accent is done by Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa in 1953.

Mount Kanchenjunga (8,586 m./ 28,169 ft.) Expedition
Kanchenjunga (also called Kangchenjunga, Kangchen Dzö-nga, Khangchendzonga, Kanchenjanga, Kachendzonga, or Kangchanfanga) is the third highest mountain in the world and the second highest in Nepal, located in the Taplejung district straddling the frontier between Nepal and India.905 The Kanchenjunga expedition (1905) was the first attempt, headed by Aleister Crowley. Unsuccessful, it reached 6200 metres.

Lobuche Peak (6,119 m. / 20,075 ft)- Khumbu Region
The true East Peak is quite striking and is reached by descending into a marked notch and climbing steep snow/ice slopes to the top. This is rarely climbed and is often mistaken for Lobuje East but our top Sherpa climber knows the correct route and peak. Most attempts on the mountain climbed the submit ridge only as far as a subsidiary snow summit, before the notch, south east of the true peak.

Mount Makalu (8,462 m./ 27,765 ft.) Expedition
Makalu is the fifth highest mountain in the world and is located 22 km (14 mi) east of Mount Everest. Makalu is an isolated peak whose shape is a four-sided pyramid. Rising just north of the higher summit, separated by a narrow saddle, is Chomo Lonzo (7,818m/25,650') a subsidiary peak of Makalu.1954 First attempts of ascents: American mountaineers leaded by W. Seyra climbed up to 7100 m via the Southern ridge. Britain mountaineers reached 6 500 m in the direction to the North col. French mountaineers reached North-East summit of Makalu 7600 m.

Mount Manaslu (8,156 m. / 26,758 ft.) Expedition
Manaslu (also known as Kutang) is the eighth highest mountain in the world, located in the Nepalese Himalaya. Manaslu is derived from the Sanskrit word Manasa and is translated as "Mountain of the Spirit".
Manaslu was first climbed on May 9, 1956 by Toshio Imanishi and Gyalzen Norbu of a Japanese expedition.

Pisang Peak 6091 m. (Annapurna Region, Nepal)
Pisang Peak (6091m) is taken as easy trekking among other trekking peak but it is also found very difficult by some climbers and complained us that this is not also easy one. So naturally you have to have a good walking and climbing habit as well as your courage. Pisang peak ascends from the yak kharkas up to its summit. Ascending and descending route is same one. Some time we find snow on this peak at the top only.

Mount Pumori 7145 m. Expedition (Khumbu Region, Nepal)
The ascent starts at 5,300m. In a beautiful base camp aside a small lake (water source, take water filters or barrels -were you can pack your equipment- and to clarificate the water -let sand to drop all night-). International Shisapangma 8013 m. Expedition (TIBET)
Among the 14 peaks over 8000 meters in the world, Shisha Pangma of 8013m ranks last. It happens to be the only peak lying entirely in Tibet. The climate of Shisha Pangma is quite close to that of Everest.
